Probably great, received zip lock bags.
Absolutely terrible customer service. They sent zip lock bags to the mother to be and then would not allow her to return them and have the correct item sent. 100% do not recommend online purchases through a gift registry on target.

Great from birth until 14lbs
Works wonderful when baby is born and up until about 14 lbs, after that you will need to upgrade for bigger babies.

Uncomfortable with bigger babies
During the newborn period, it worked fine. But once baby grew past 15 lbs, it got uncomfortable to wear for long duration. My shoulders would get sore from the pressure. The straps are narrow and now as cushiony as say a lillebaby carrier.

not worth, but something better.
if you want shoulder and backpain, you should buy this carrier. I got this for my registry as a clueless 1st time mom, and not recommend to others. don't but it.

Not comfortable but it has it's pros
I really like how compact this carrier is. My "main" carrier is a hybrid wrap style carrier but the straps are long and it is a bit bulky. I got this carrier as my "backup" carrier to take along on the go. Unfortunately it is not comfortable at all and hurts my back a lot (I am very familiar with babywearing, this is my third baby... there are LOTS of carriers more comfortable than this one!) but for the price it isn't bad as long as you aren't using it for an extended period of time, maybe to keep in the car for running errands, etc.

Worst carrier ever.
This is the worst carrier I have ever had. It’s like a straight jacket. Almost impossible to do on your own with the many buckles it has. It was tight around my son’s thighs and he’s not a very chunky baby. He’s only 20 lbs. I will be returning this carrier ((in case that wasn’t obvious)).

Ive had 3 kids...
I had my fist kid in 2016 and used this for him and decided to keep it just in case I wanted another kid. I did end up having another kid in 2019 and used it for him also. Now it's 2025 and I'm using it for my daughter! It's reliable, sturdy, safe and just overall great. Never have had an issue with getting the babes in/out no matter what. My husband also loves this carrier. Has lasted me almost 9 years now! I will always recommend this carrier!

Easy to use
Love the convenience and easy to use for front carry. I have tried Moby as well as traditional baby carrier that my people have used for generations, but I love this one so much. I have used it for all my children. It has helped me to put my kids to sleep and all my children has grown with it.

Puts all weight on shoulder
I bought this 2 months ago, and now I'm going to need to try a different brand. When you carry your baby in the front facing either toward you or away from you, all the baby's weight is put on your shoulders instead of spread out because of the design of the support. The band at the waist doesn't help in supporting your baby. You can unhook this strap and your baby will stay upright. Overall, not a thought out design. Baby is in carrier in these photos.

Cut off my baby’s circulation!
After about 20 minutes, my baby’s legs were turning purple and splotchy. I checked the positioning and it was not tight, I had buttons unhooked as well. So i definitely think it’s how it’s made! My baby is 23lbs. Scary to think if i didn’t notice, poor thing.

Exactly what I needed. Our girls love facing forward to see whats going on. They were both happy in here and it feels very secure. Easy to get on and off and the adjustable positions make it perfect for everyday use. I thought the velcro piece was nice but it didn’t seem to stay put very well. My girls kept pulling it off and playing with it.

I am so disappointed. I was horrified when I looked down and saw my baby's legs were dark and purple/blue. This has never happened before in previous times carrying her.
