Q: How difficult is the assembly, how long does it take, and what tools are required (since none are included)?

A: Thank you for your questions. The Assembly Instructions are very easy to follow allowing you to assemble the TV stand in a few quick steps. An Allen wrench is included so the only tool you will need is a screwdriver.

Q: How wide is the top shelf (long) If the side shelves are 15 wide and the center is 20. 30+20= 50 approx for unit??Not 36

This is a solid piece of furniture. Extremely well made and very attractive. My husband stained this piece and we changed out the knobs to add something special to the finished look. Extremely happy with this purchase. We looked everywhere for a TV console that met our needs and they were so expensive. By buying this unfinished piece, we made it our own . Don't hesitate to buy!

The dimensions are incorrect online. It is not 36 inches wide. It's more like 52 inches. We had to return it.

The gray option is not gray and comes as an unfinished bare wood peice of furniture. Just know that before you buy it so you don’t waste your time expecting it already stained! This is not good if you are limited on time. Not to mentioned I thought I was paying a little more because assuming it was already stained and I just had to assemble it. Now I have to purchase stain and a clear coat. Bummer.
