A: Thanks for the question. Yes it will work with the Breathable pad. While cotton is naturally breathable, if you want the maximum breathability you can either use Breathable Pad with NO sheet (it's 100% washable!) or use a cotton muslin BassiNest sheet which has a more open weave.
