    Poor sharpener and false advertising

    The sharpener itself looks good nice and has a cover to catch the shavings, but that’s about it. First issue I had was it DOES NOT come with 2 separate sharpeners. Only the main one with 2 blade sizes. I thought it was a mistake on the pick up, but even after going through customer service for a replacement, the replacement was exactly the same as the first sent. It also doesn’t sharpen my makeup pencils very well. I have used it on my gel eyeliner pencils and lip liners, but it leaves unclean and sharp edges on the pencils. At first I thought maybe it’s meant for e.l.f products only, but it doesn’t do well with the elf lip liners either. The only photos are a little hard to see, but the images of the pencils show the jagged lines made after sharpening instead of clean straight lines

    I purchased this in August. Worked great for about a month - the smaller sharpener does not work at all now. I have to use the large pencil sharpener for all my pencils. The lid also does not stay in place. And I have pieces of pencil tip that have slipped through to the backside of the sharpener that I can not get out. Spend a little more money and get a better sharpener.
