In labeling our products, our company follows the guidelines established by the International Nomenclature for Cosmetics Ingredients (INCI) process.     Terrible reformulation

    All of the defining ingredients for this conditioner have been removed in the new formula. Coconut oil, elastin, keratin, and collagen have all been taken out. It kind of seems like Nexxus/Unilever is trying to be sneaky about it too. The new packaging doesn’t disclose any of these major changes. They’ve also kept the price the same for what’s clearly a poorer product. After first use, I was immediately disappointed. My hair was duller, drier, frizzier, and tangled more. There’s an obvious decline in the quality, which is a shame. I miss how smooth and shiny the previous formula made my hair - it was absolutely incredible. I have no idea what they were thinking to change it. I’ll have to find a new alternative and would advise others to do the same. It’s certainly not worth the $25 anymore.

    Devestating reformulation

    I am so saddened and confused by this reformulation. This seems to be a completely new product designed for an entirely different customer base. No more elastin, no more keratin, no more collagen, no more coconut oil. All of the ingredients I liked about this product were removed, yet the price is the same. I’ve been religiously using humectress products for a couple years with incredible results. At first I thought the packaging had just changed, but as soon as I rinsed my hair for the first time with this new version, I knew I’d need to find a new conditioner again. The difference is immediately noticeable, and not in a good way. The smoothness and hydration I used to get just isn’t there. My hair doesn’t even feel like my hair anymore. The texture is drier, more prone to tangling, and no where near as soft. I think I’m better off opting for Dove at this point (plus it’s half the price). It’s really unfortunate, though - I’d actually be willing to pay more for the old formula. I’m worried I’ll never find anything as good to replace it. This new one feels no different than any run-of-the-mill generic conditioner. It’s certainly not worth the money anymore. Really, I just want my old hair back :(

    Ummmmmm, where is the protein???? Both the shampoo and conditioner have all the protein removed? This has always been branded as a protein set?? For those people that don't want that you have tons of other options, I don't understand!!?? And No protein overload isn't a thing when it's mixed with butters and oils. (Eye roll for whoever started that trend)

    Extremely moisturizing & creamy.

    This product has an amazing smell, the consistency is so thick and creamy it moistures the hair extremely well. My hair felt smooth and shiny for a WEEK after first use! I have been using this product for 3 months now and I can 100% say the change in my hair is DRAMATICALLY noticeable and I have never received so many compliments until now!

    My Go-To Daily Conditioner!

    This conditioner is my go-to for everyday use. As a blonde with fine hair that is regularly salon-highlighted and toned, I have tried countless conditioners and brands over the years. This is the only conditioner I’ve found that brings life back to my hair, leaving it feeling soft and looking healthy. All without weighing it down or making my roots look greasy, like most moisture focused conditioners. Plus it smells amazing! The scent subtly lingers after a shower and I have received many compliments on how great my hair smells over the years.

    I really liked this conditioner, it really surprised me. This product made a significant difference in softness. Has a lot of interesting ingredients, such as "Green Caviar and Elastin Protein." I can't say that I noticed 24 hour moisturization, as it boasts, but I like it and the smell.

    Great product to add to your routine

    I've been using Nexxus products for 20 years and this is the best of them. I can't use this conditioner everyday because I will get dandruff but I use it a few times a month especially when I don't feel like blow drying and want to let my hair curl. Great moisture and it smells great. It reminds me of coconut vanilla but not overpowering. I keep some always in my rotation. Works even better paired with the shampoo.
