Q: I purchased the 2pk soft and received 2 pillows which have had the tags cut off and have no labeling indicating firmness level, material and fabric content, nor brand. How am I to know if I have received what I ordered?

The best way to identify the product is with the law label and the packing list. The Packing List on the box will indicate what pillow you purchased with your Order #. Q: Will these pillows be comfortable yet supportive for a side sleeper? I am desperate to find something soft, but need better support for my neck.
A: The fill in this set of pillows is very soft and supportive. It is a true down alternative fiber. In general, softer pillows are for stomach sleepers and medium or medium/firm pillows are for side sleepers. This set of pillows also comes in a medium density.
