[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one was a nice surprise! I think it is got the same smooth, citrusy base as White Rascal but with a little tropical twist. The hint of passion fruit gives it a subtle sweetness without being too much, and it is still light and refreshing. Easy to drink and a fun option if you're looking for a wheat beer with a bit of a fruity kick. I wouldn’t be able to have more then one though, so it might also be an acquired taste. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boy am I glad I purchased this beer! It has the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness and allows the taste of the wheat ale to flow through. This is crisp and fresh and not at all too sweet. It hit my palate just right. I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a Belgian style white ale beer before but after trying this one I am hooked on it and will be buying it again. My husband even liked it and he’s more of a dark IPA guy. I have always loved this beer, even when it was called Liliko'i Kepolo.

This is just a new name for Avery's liliko'i kepolo! Same great beer, I love the sweet and tart with a hint of some spices it in. Great spring an summer sipper.

White Rascal is a favorite, so this was a welcome addition to my fridge!

This beer used to be called Liliko'i Kepolo. It's the same beer, different name. This is one of my favorite beers from Avery. It's light with a great flavor from real passionfruit. Not too sweet.

I remember when it debuted as Lillikoi. I could never spell it correctly but revisited recently now that’s it’s called Island Rascal. Still exemplary. It’s as refreshing as a rum drink on a beach.
