Good clean flavor!
I have been buying this olive oil for a few months now and love it. It is perfect for a lemon garlic pasta or to roast veggies. Love the lean taste. Only wish my store would keep it in stock.

Very good
Good organic olive oil. Even though it's sourced from several countries, it is flavorful and well-balanced. It tastes great in salad dressings and drizzled over pasta and risotto.

Tasted rancid
Despite positive reviews, this oil tasted rancid (spoiled) to me.

Nice organic blend. Rich taste - great for cooking and dressings
Very nice olive oil. And for those complaining that it’s a blend from various regions, it’s still organic and the bottle I got, has a nice rich flavor perfect for cooking or as a dressing. On the back of the bottle it tells you which countries / regions the olive oil blend is from.

Distinctive Mild Appeal in a Great Bottle
This olive oil has a distinctive, mild flavor that complements any dish or purpose it is used for. The bottle is 'miserly,' as it doesn't drip and preserves the olive oil beautifully.

My Favorite Olive Oil At Target
Truthfully I don't really care that this olive oil is organic. What I care about it the flavor. And this has the best flavor of any olive oil at Target, and I've tried them all. This is now in my spray bottle, and is my dipping and finishing oil. I absolutely love the flavor of this oil. Far and above better than the green squeeze bottle at a cheaper price. Still a small step below what I got directly from the oilery in Spain, but not by much. And at this price, the value is amazing. This will be my go to from here on out. I'll still try any new EVOO I see, but it will be hard to replace my Carapelli as my go to.

The Best
Best olive oil at target! The flavor is delicious for cooking or drizzling. Love that the spout pours cleanly and doesn’t drip down the side like others. Price is a steal.

Pure Olive Oil from 4 Different countries??? Hmmm

Our olive oil contains virgin olive oil as an ingredient, which is sourced from different countries. This approach ensures we maintain a consistent flavor profile while also reducing dependency on a single country for supply. By carefully selecting high-quality olives from various regions, we can deliver the same great taste every time. - The Carapelli Team

Not pure olive oil
I have high cholesterol and it sometimes causes chest pain. I’ve included olive oil in the past and I did okay. This olive oil isn’t pure olive oil because it made the chest pain worse instead of helping. I wouldn’t advise taking this for health purposes. Maybe you can use it in your hair.

Rip off 4 bucks more in a year...
Less than two years ago this was 8 bucks a bottle. Then went up to 12.99. Then target and everyone says the prices gone down, been cut. Nah just like everything else it’s a rip off. You can buy a bottle for cheaper elsewhere

Hi Ejr, We are happy to help here. Not necessarily. Having a multi-origin product allows for the maintenance of quality standards and the flavor profile over time and to not be dependent on the yield and flavor, varieties of a certain country, which can vary in quality and flavor from year to year. Just like any other fruit, olives are grown in nature and impacted by weather and pests, and relying on one single crop would lead to inconsistency in quality and flavor outcomes. Multi-origin blends are an excellent choice to take the best of each country in order that represent quality and consistency, and of course balance flavor. At Carapelli, blending is an important process that yields a reliable flavor profile and quality that consumers have come to expect. - The Carapelli team

My Go To olive oil🥰
Initially I purchased this olive oil to drizzle over avocado toast, liked that it was organic AND that the olives were ALL from reputable “olive” countries in Europe (Italy, Tunisia, Spain & Portugal)- where even their basic production standards far exceed that of US regulations. (Not to mention the bottle design is STUNNING) I’ve used it in a variety of preparations from bread dipping to garlic confit. Bottom Line: I PREFER IT OVER Partanna.

Olive oil that's alright
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from #Influenster and #Carapelli in exchange for my honest review. This is organic extra-virgin olive oil, first cold pressed. It gives a 'harvest date' on the back but not a 'pressed' date, which I have heard is good to have for whatever reason. Another interesting thing to note from the stamp on the back is the country of origin lists four different countries, (Italy, Spain, Greece and Tunisia) all in one single bottle! Wish it's source was more concentrated, from one localized area I mean, but perhaps this accounts for some of the diluting of the flavor. This evoo gets the job done but is not super robust in the flavor profile compared to another brand I usually use. Good for a mild balance, not over powering at all. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again if on sale.

Good oil
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying this olive oil. I thought the bottle was really cute. It tasted like a quality olive oil. I’ve used it to sauté veggies. I still have plans to make a salad dressing. I would purchase for myself.
