A: Yes absolutely you can. Ultra high phenolic EVOO is the best to cook with because the polyphenols (antioxidants) protect it from oxidation at high temperatures.

A: This EVOO is the same as Kosterina's Original EVOO, it's just certified organic. (All our EVOO is made using organic farming methods).

Kosterina’s olive oil is awesome—comes from these little Koroneiki olives in Greece. It’s got a strong, fruity taste with a peppery zing that I love. Plus, it’s loaded with antioxidants—good for you stuff! Stays fresh longer too, which is great since I don’t always use it super fast. They pick ‘em early from some hilly Greek spot, and you can tell it’s top-notch. I’m no expert, but this stuff makes my salads and cooking feel fancy and healthy. I’ve been using this olive oil for several years now. Totally worth it! Plus the orders ship fast and always shipped in boxes that are sturdy....a huge plus for me. But, bottom line, the olive oil is the best I’ve used.

This olive oil is so delicious! I use it all the time, but I especially love to use it in in homemade dressings for salads and grain bowls. I also love that I know where the olives are coming from. So many olive oils on the shelves are not 100% but with this one I know I'm reaping the full benefits.
