A: Hi Kim. If the toy is turned On, the toy will start when the Owl tips over. You can control the volume and/or turn the toy off by changing the switch on the back of the toy. The volume switch is the same switch to turn on/off the toy. The Battat Team

Battery backing falls off
Cute toy but as others have mentioned, the battery backing falls off. We didn’t have an issue until changing the batteries and for some reason there was no way to put the back on, it just kept falling off
