A: But you CAN cut a slit or opening in the top of the bottle and fill it with your own solution. The company is going to tell you NO, because they want to sell you the stuff over and over again.

Q: Can you use the pads if they have gotten wet? My sink had a leak and got an entire box of the wet jet pads soaking wet. I let them air dry outside. Will they still work?
A: It may depend on the pad, but we don't expect there to be too many problems.

A: No, none of our pads contain an antibacterial solution in them.

A: We're sorry for any confusion, Kat, but we're here to clear things up. We currently just have the one version of WetJet pad refills that will provide you with a great clean on a variety of floor surfaces.

A: You need to us non-rechargeable AA alkaline batteries.

A: No, these pads are only made for our Swiffer WetJet.

Q: Have you brought out biodegradable mop heads yet? Our cityOakland CA has a commercial compost pickup if that helps.
A: We wish our refills could be used without creating solid waste, but that is not yet possible. Swiffer Dusters, WetJet pads, and Sweeper cloths are not biodegradable and should be disposed of in your household waste.
