Don’t you all know what a CREAM TOP is?! Now Target went and changed the ingredients due to all the complainers
THEY CHANGED THE INGREDIENTS. Recently added gellan gum. Probably due to all the NPCs who don’t know what a CREAM TOP is! And they were all giving 1-star reviews saying “iT’s ToO tHiCkkk” or “iT’s ExPireDddd wahhhh.” TARGET! Why can’t you include two simple words on your packaging: “CREAM TOP” and remove the gellan gum? Hello! This is what we all want! Cream top is great! Maybe a few more words like “Cream top is the formation of milk fat found near the cap in minimally processed full-fat creams. A cream top is not an indication of spoilage. Just shake well and enjoy! We take pride in providing authentic whole-food options to our guests.” There you go. Lot cheaper than changing the product.

This is 2nd bottle I've had that seems to be a chunk of cream with half and half left over. It's like the homogenization process didn't work correctly because the solids have completely separated. Won't be buying it again. The horizons brand is way better!

Curdled Whipping Cream, Anyone?
I purchased this because it was cheaper than the regular generic brand. It’s June; the expiration is for mid August. I opened it to use it, and it’s was almost all solidified/curdled. It’s strange because I didn’t smell an odor, but it was 100% spoiled. I’m just glad I looked at it before pouring it into the soup that I spent an hour preparing! I won’t be purchasing this again.
