Not the same formula - new version is horrible!!!
This product has changed for the worse ! It is NOT the same formula as the old packaging version . My hair reacts completely differently to this one .Frizzy and greasy . I am using it in the exact same way as I have done for years with entirely different results! Bring back the old formula please !!

This product is not curl defining
Aussie, you see several recent bad reviews about a product that we used to LOVE! You keep responding that there was no formula change, but why would so many loyal customers tell you otherwise? Rather than responding that the product is fine and we, the customers, must be using it incorrectly, why not look into our complaints? We clearly know that something is not right with the "new packaging" because the product doesn't work the same. Please listen to your customers and please fix this. Thank you!

Not the same product
Aussie says it's just a new bottle/new look, but the product is NOT THE SAME. The old curl defining oil worked great. This new moisturizing oil does not help define curls. It's heavy and greasy. BRING BACK THE OLD PRODUCT, PLEASE! Do not buy this one, you'll be disappointed.

So disappointed, why change a good thing??? Cheaper to make? Likely. Does not work the same at all. I respect honesty, also very disappointed in the "no change" claim. While the ingredients are the same, the formula is not. Aussie has increased the amount of coconut oil and decreased the amount of jojoba. Totally changes the product. Less fragrance as well, but that's irrelevant.

Not the same results
I loved curl defining oil . It made my wavy hair curly. I tried using the moisture oil in the same manner. It came out lifeless and flat. I know you claim it's the same formula, but for me it's not. These two products have both been available for some time. Why are they now being called the same product. So disappointing! Time to find another product line
