Works great on dry or wet hair. My daughter has long curly hair not too thick and this spray defines the curls and helps keep the shine. Smells nice too!

I use this to refresh my curls on the second day hair or when my hair gets frizzy. It helps to reshape curls and minimize frizz. It can make my hair crunchy.

This is hands down the best curl gel Ive ever used. I follow the Curly Girl rules, so I am thrilled that this product is silicone free!! I am amazed at how strong the hold is without the frizz inducing alcohol of traditional hair sprays. I apply to damp hair and it dries to bouncy curls that last all day!!

I've been using the detangling Aussie spray and this spray gel every morning in my curly daughters hair, photo of how it looks after school. It's been looking amazing! This gel really kills frizz and defines curls.

I use this as a spray over my gel. It’s not heavy. Lightweight. Not sticky or clumpy!!! I’m sticking up on it!

This product is no good, makes mine and my kids hair feel very dry and crunchy-like.

I use this in the morning after pulling my hair down from a pineapple. It redefines my curls without making it heavy, greasy, stiff or sticky. I LOVE this refresher. I’ve used others, which cost more, and they weren’t nearly as good! I also use the Aussie curl shampoo and conditioner.

Love this product and go through it quickly. I’m African American with short natural hair. I do my wash n go (Mixed Chicks curl sculptor followed by Innersense Hold Gel and then diffuse dry) and my hair is pretty stiff and crunchy. I spray this on because it first makes your hair soft and manageable before it dries and sets your style. So I love that it makes my hair soft first so it breaks the hard cast and I can lift my curls at the roots and shape it how I like and by the time I’m done, this spray dries and sets my style in place with great hold and a natural bit of shine. For some added softness and shine, I will lightly spritz on some OGX Hydrating Coconut Oil Mist. The days after my wash-n-go, I use this faithfully to re-awaken my curls and it works like a charm. I will say that I probably use more than necessary so after about the third day there is a decent amount of build-up so definitely time to co-Wash hair and do a new wash-n-go. I am not crazy about the scent but it’s affordable and works for my needs. The other product I really like by Aussie is its 3 minute miracle moist conditioner which I use after my Mixed Chicks sulfate-free shampoo. The stuff leaves my hair feeling like butter. I’m just glad to have found a routine that works for my hair type.

I have very curly hair. I had been using another product to refresh my curls later in the day or next day. It wasn't doing what I wanted and decided to give this a shot. For the price I figured why not. So far I love it! It does leave a texture and stiffness to my curls - if you don't like that I would look for something else.

Love love love this gel. I wish it came in a larger bottle. Great hold, not just for refreshes.

I have had curly hair for… well.. all my life. but after years and years of putting different products on my hair, coloring my hair, damaging my hair, straightening and blow drying my hair… My curl pattern is just not.. pretty. and it’s frizzy. i’ve tried most things, but i’m a little too low maintenance and lazy for a whole curl regiment. I needed something fast and easy, I could just put in my hair and go without dishing out a crap ton of money for special shampoos and conditioners that may or may not work and various products on top of that. this stuff is the only stuff that makes it possible for me to not have to actually blow dry and straighten or curl my hair. This is what I use for my “natural” days lol. yes, it’ll make your hair crunchy if you use too much. start conservative and if it isn’t enough, you can always spray water on your hair to re-wet and then add a little more. I just do like 4-5 sprays on my hair (NOT the top near my roots), and then scrunch it in. If you accidentally put too much in and it’s crunchy, respray with water and add a little leave in conditioner. then re-scrunch!

My teen loves this product, and for a guy that isn’t in tune with using products that endorsement speaks volumes. He has thick wavy hair and he loves to spray this on to style the curls, taming them down. It also smells great.

Smells great but not a fan of hop it feels in my hair. I tried it because my usual spray gel was unavailable

I use this for the day after a wash, when I don't want to wash my hair again it revives my curls pretty good. I only give 4 stars bc you have to reapply midday
