I love Shea Moisture, but this mousse is the worst I've ever used. I'm a Black / biracial woman with 3c curls and this mousse doesn't hold a thing. Not a curl in sight after trying to do a wash-and-go with this product. All frizzy, all scribbles for hair. This mousse is basically water. It does not hold a thing. Horrible. Notice all the positive reviews are from Influenster where people are given products for FREE in exchange for a review.

Shea Moisture curl mouse is my daily use . I have a very dry curly hair and always looking for Coconut hair care so SheMoisture is all I need . It’s makes my hair softer and moisturizer.my hair look healthy after use and make a great curl , I event don’t feel heavy , very lightweight and keep my curls all day .

This helps hold my curls in place all day and reduces my frizz! I use this daily on damp towel dried hair for a beachy wave look once dry. It smells so good, but not super strong like a wisp of coconut and Shea. Very light weight on my hair and can be applied as needed.

The scent is manageable honestly will not last long in the scent but that’s good . Not only that but its volume is that it gives your curls is so good . Ingredients are also amazing . It’s also formulated with no parabienes no phthalates no mineral oil no ni al testing , and no petrolatum . Also i had to buy it in the store , no one has given me anything .

I’m white and have wavy 2b-2c hair. My individual hairs are thin but I have thick hair in terms of amount. I used a bottle of this and considered not getting it again because I thought it wasn’t doing much, so I washed my hair and didn’t use it and there was a HUGE difference. My hair was immediately frizzy. This definitely helps reduce frizziness for my hair. I hadn’t realized how much it was doing for me. I like that it doesn’t make my hair crunchy like other mousses, but it leaves my waves soft and bouncy still. I can’t go without this product now. For best results (for me) I put the product in my hands, flip my head over, and lift my hands to my head and scrunch the product in. It leaves my waves more intact as opposed to just running it through my hair with my fingers.

Definitely one of the better mouses that I’ve tried. Doesn’t leave hair feeling sticky and smoothes down frizz pretty well — also has a really nice scent! The ingredients seem to be of relatively high quality and nourish hair. One thing I dislike about it is the texture; it’s very watery, so more of a hair treatment than a mousse.

I have 3a/3b curky hair. This sord of worked but only after wash day and only while my hair was wet. I didnt like how it dried down and it made my curls dry and puffy. The curls would scrunch up and be dry and not bouncy. I prefer herbal essence toussle me mousse.
