This used to smell sooooooo good! I got complements all the time on how good I smelled and I wear NO perfume or any other scented products. Why, why mess with it?! ‘New formula’ smells gross, like there’s something wrong with it. I’m so disappointed and will definitely be looking for something else somewhere else.

I've used this product on my slightly wavy gray hair and I like the resulting look and feel. My only complaint is that the top is too difficult to open, especially with wet hands! It is close to impossible to open without using a towel for help. A little inconvenient.

Hi there ShellyM,, we can see this wouldn’t be the result you were hoping for…It sounds like your curls need the lightest hydrating shaper to get soft definition. We recommend the Curl Refresher Spray. The thicker and denser the hair the curls need more hydration with lots of hold and enough weight to control the curl. For fine, thin hair, opt for the lightest curl shaper and use sparingly to avoid pulling out the curl.

I was using this product more than 4 years, loving how worked and the daily results. Making my curls soft and sculpture the definition, BUT AFTER THE LAST CHANGE ITS HORRIBLE, I really upset, hair is heavy, doesn’t looks natural and soft like before! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
