Q: Every time we put the second snowflake on the tree Olaf flies out. Kind of a bust of a game- but everyone else seems to like it. Is ours defective? Or have we put it together wrong? Anyone else having this issue?

Q: Do you have to disassemble the tree every time to put it away? How hard would it have een for them to shape their box into a tall rectangle so the tree could stay whole??

A: The panels of the tree do need to be removed from the base for storage, but it can be disassembled in seconds.

Horribly built game!!! The tree branches just keep falling out and even with all the game pieces on Olaf doesn’t jump out- very very cheaply made - Disney should be ashamed to have such a poorly made game in the market - concept is great however needs work to make it a good product

Bought this last year and it is the worst game. The pieces aren't heavy enough to pop Olaf out no matter how many you put on a branch. You can't pack it away easily either.

This is a frustrating game, though it has a lot of potential to be cute. The branches absolutely will not stay in and it's very frustrating. Won't pop open correctly when none of the branch hangers will stay in. That being said, my two year old loves just making Olaf pop out and not worrying about playing it correctly. Still would be nice for a fairly pricey game to work well.

Just received this game for a 6 and 3 year old. They like the game but the branches don't stay in very well. They just like to play by themself hang the snowflakes and try to guess which branch will pop before the start playing.

My kids love Frozen (ages 6, 3, 1.5). I figured they could all play it together. Saw the good reviews so ordered since we are bored during this quarantine! We put EVERY snowflake on the tree and olaf still did not pop out :-( Such a bummer!

My kids (2 and 4) love this game. It’s perfect for counting and learning about taking turns. When the tree “explodes” they scream with laughter. It’s also short enough to keep their attention, but long enough to not annoy parents that they have to reset it every couple of minutes.

With all the good reviews, I thought this would be great for my 4 yo grandson who loved the movie. It is rather flimsy and time consuming to put together, but he waited patiently. When we started playing though, it didn't work. Olaf wouldn't fly out from just the weight of the little ice charms. We had to push on the flimsy levers gently, and even then the whole thing just tipped over. Huge disappointment and I want a refund. (I have never given a negative review before this on anything from Target).

This is such a cute game! My daughter loves frozen and with frozen 2 coming out she’s in love with all the new frozen items. She just received this game for her birthday and played it 5 times in a row with her cousins. Everytime they jumped when Olaf came out. I’m not sure how long it will keep them intrigued but for now they love this adorable little game.
