Q: We are trying to replace the batteries but we can not open the compartment for the batteries. Which way do you turn the screwdriver? Neither clockwise or counter clockwise seems to be working for us.

As an adult I even gravitated towards this toy!!! I got it as a gift for a 2yr old girl and she loved how interactive the pieces are. The colored note balls go up when you press the corresponding key. It came with batteries already inside and it’s basically ready to be gifted as it didn’t come in any packaging but I did purchase inside the store. I guess it is on the pricier side but I foresee it lasting a long time as a kids toy because it’s a pretty timelesss musical instrument toy. It has a good amount of buttons as well. It’s a good weight slightly heavy, too heavy for a 1-2 yr old to pick up alone but it feels sturdy. I would recommend to those kids ESPECIALLY those who like buttons and musically interested.

We’ve had this toy for less than 10 months and it stopped working. We changed out the old batteries for brand new ones, still not working. Too bad, my son loved this toy. But too expensive to stop working in under a year.
