The fan broke after 5 months. The kids loved it. But unfortunately it stopped working. I went into Target and they wouldn’t exchange it.

Hi Mama - We are sorry to hear that your B. toys Hippo Pop stopped working. We are wondering if you replaced the original batteries with new brand-name ones. Usually, that is all it takes to get our toys working again! We want your little one to continue to have fun with this unique musical toy! Sincerely, Team Battat

My son absolutely lobes this toy. Might have a future piano player in the family. The song playing is really fun. The little birdies that pop up the tubes when the keys are played are really fun. The different tones it has are really neat. You can change the tempos and key tones and "key of" sounds. My son is almost 2 and he's able to play songs with the music function and he really enjoys it.
