A: Hi Kathryn, We're so sorry Native is not working for you! Are you experiencing body odor even after following these tips? Apply Native every morning to dry, clean underarms for about 2 weeks to start getting maximum effectiveness (your body may need about a week or two to adjust to Native) Apply 2-3 swipes under each arm and ensure that the deodorant has applied evenly. If you think it's necessary, reapply later in the day before going to the gym or out in the evening. The longer you use Native, the better it will be at preventing odors and protecting from wetness. Let us know if these tips help! In addition, if you're unhappy with the scent, we suggest returning or exchanging the item back for a different option. Let us know if this helps.

Q: Was the formula changed for this particular scent recently? I have purchased two lately that had a strong, almost berry scent. Not a fan and hope to find some soon that have the usual light scent!

Blackberry and green tea is a nice, crisp, slightly sweet deodorant that is perfect for the summer months. The green tea helps balance everything out so that it is fresh, vibrant, and not too fruity. I did not pick up on the basil or peony, but it all blends together to create a bright, juicy deodorant that isn't too sharp scentwise, but pleasantly sweet. I would not say that it smells like a beverage though which is a good thing. The deodorant itself does what it is supposed to do. This would be a repurchase for me, so I highly recommend!

I have been using Native Deodorant for years, and it is the best natural deodorant. I used the sensitive skin and usually get the Sandalwood and Shea Butter. Great scent and does not break me out. I highly recommend it.

I have been using Native deodorant for quite a few years now. The different flavors always smell so good and it’s the only deodorant that keeps me from armpit odor. Native is the only natural deodorant that really really works for me! Non-natural deodorant makes me break out in hives, but for years I couldn’t find anything that worked on odors without the skin damage. Native has been my go-to for years now! I love the scents, and I love how it works. Occasionally I’ll get tempted by another brand — but I always come back to Native. Keep up the good work and the amazing smells!

Our family's go- to natural deodorant. The choice of scents is so fun. It works pretty well, but in summer heat, not quite enough. That being said, I haven't found any natural deodorant that is effective with real sweat. Still, It is our mainstay because it's chemical free, fun scents for teens and adults and reasonably priced.

I have found that Native deodorants work great for me. I like to switch scents each time so that my body does get used to the batch. When I have used the same scent over and over, it seems to stop working as well. Switching scents stops that from happening. I love that my underarms are not sticky and my husband uses Native as well so that we are limiting the toxic products/ingredients we use. I have been a loyal customer for years!

I LOVE using this deodorant! I have had breast cancer twice, so I am careful about ingredients but I also want to smell good! Living in Arizona- you really need a good deodorant, and I've used Native for years- works even in 110 degree weather!

Not as nice as I remember from a few years back, as it now contains coconut oil and just all the deodorants smell more like coconut than anything else, unfortunately. Still, I really like the idea of the scent if I count out the coconut and it works well enough.
