  • A: Hey Ashtin, We produce deodorants that aim to protect against wetness and prevent odor, it doesn't prevent sweat like antiperspirants. By definition, antiperspirants contain aluminum, which is what prevents sweat by plugging your sweat glands.     Vanilla & Raspberry = Great Scent for my Pits

    I purchased the Vanilla & Raspberry Whole Body Deodorant at Target using it primarily for my underarm area and enjoy the light scent. It is a different consistency from the basic deodorant (softer and glides on easily) so during the Summer I keep it on the bathroom counter instead of my medicine cabinet since that wall gets the afternoon and evening sun and it can get very hot. I have not been able to find it at local Targets so I had to order it just now directly from the Native website for a little more money and it was a Free Ship Day so I will see how long it takes to deliver it to me. I wish Target would restock, but I understand each store has limited space.

    Anything vanilla works for me, and the raspberry scent is a delightful touch. Native is a very healthy product and I appreciate that. It is the only deodorant that gives my underarms that soothing feeling.

    Don't like this formula

    Smells great but something is wrong with the formula. It is so oily. I kept this in my car, and it seemed to melt. I bought it during the winter and I live in Ohio so it's not like it was ever exposed to heat. No idea what happened there. Overall disappointing. I still use Native deodorant, just not this sensitive kind. Must be something in the formula.

    Doesn’t work

    I got this deodorant with high hopes because of the great scent and the promises that this brand makes about its function. But within hours of using this deodorant, you just smell like a mix of B.O and perfume. Don’t waste your money, if you like the scent just buy the Native lotion instead, and get a deodorant that is actually functional!

    Chemical burn

    This deodorant gave me the worst rash/chemical burn on my armpits. I only used it for 4 days and by the end of the day it started to burn and my armpits are now raw and red. Not sure what’s in this since it’s for “sensitive skin” but it’s definitely not.
