Damaged wood
I ordered 3 of these frames. They were very well packed. However, 2 of the frames were broken. One frame was cracked on the corner, and the other frame had totally shattered in one corner. I don't feel this happened during shipping, but were sent damaged. I will be returning all 3.

Think twice and be careful!!
I was extremely disappointed in the quality of these frames. I ordered 6 and 2 were broken when they arrived and another snapped while I was hanging them. So I needed to order 3 more. They are not worth the price.

Great frame terrible delivery
Love the frames but I’ve had to order 3 with the first two being damaged in transit. They’re not packaged with any protection and they always fail on the corners. Would highly recommended if you can pick up in store. Otherwise you’re playing shipping roulette

Nice frames but poor shipping!
These are beautiful, oversized frames! I love the look and ease of hanging them. I purchased 2 frames in store a few years ago and then purchased 2 more recently. Unfortunately, Target sent me pillows instead of the frames, then shipped replacement frames but one was damaged. The frames are great but the shipping process/ packaging has been frustrating. Hopefully they make changes for future orders.

I was so disappointed that the matting is cream colored, not white. I bought 3. One frame was damaged at the corner, which was under the cardboard corner protector, but my husband put it back together with a scew. They look pretty good anyway but they would have been perfect if they were matted with white.

Poor quality but high end look
I love these frames, don't get me wrong... but MULTIPLE frames arrived damaged, cracked or broke in transit. I started gluing the frames back together again myself because I was too tired of having to call customer service. For the price they are being sold for I expected a little better quality. Once the frames were up though the look of the frames is fabulous! I made mine a Halloween edition since we don't have family photos quite yet! So I love them and couldn't afford anything more than them, but I'm not sure I'd suggest them

Love the look but horrible quality. Two of six came damaged. Could not print the return label from the link they sent to send back and missed the return window. Hung up four and three fell which completely broke two of them. Now I need to replace all frames with a completely different item and will choose a different store. Horrible customer service and horrible frames. May the odds be ever in your favor!

For $50+ I expected better quality. The frames are wobbly and feels like it’ll fall apart any second. Out of the 3 frames, one was too damaged to even be delivered, so target sent a replacement. Worst part is, black frames left marks on the white walls. So be careful

Super cheap quality for what you’re paying. Also the sawtooth hangers on the back are only in one spot so if you want to hang a landscape oriented photo you’ll have to install your own hanger.

Safety concert if hung
I bought 4 frames and 1 out of 4 arrived damaged. I had to get it exchanged twice and both times it arrived damaged! I am giving up on the frames and going to end up returning all 4. I do not recommend!! I honestly do not even feel safe hanging it up on the wall as I feel it could fall and shatter due to cheap quality!
