Q: Asking a second time since you didn't answer actual question: I have a 11x16 print. Is the mat opening exactly 11x16 or is the hole smaller so the mat will hold the art behind it?

Ordered 8 of these for drive up pick up between two locations and received 6 due to incorrect stock inventory. Upon removing the cardboard frame, 2 of the frames ended up be cracked making me have to return them. The mdf wood frame was cracked for both items. One of them was cracked between a corner and the other frame was cracked in the middle of the long side. The frames that were not broken did look nice with my wedding photos, however the matted paper insert is not a pure white. It’s an off-while to yellow hue. If it weren’t for my coupons and giftcards making them a cheaper price, I would not purchase again and would buy a higher quality frame elsewhere.

Purchased 4 of these to make a little gallery in our of our hallways. I liked the scale of each frame and the mat. Pretty easy to hang. Only issue was one of the frames had a damaged corner but I was outside my return window to exchange. Not too noticeable since it was at the bottom of one of four frames so it was fine.

We used these frames for our gallery wall. Love the size of these frames and the large photos it holds. Great quality for the price. The only issue we had were the brackets on the back are not in the same spot on the back which makes lining them up next to each other a little more difficult.

I bought three of these, all from the store. The first two were fine, but when I hung the third, it immediately fell from the wall. Why? The sawtooth bracket in the back just fell off the frame. There was no way to reattach it because of the way it was made. Very cheaply made. They look nice, but aren't worth the price because of the poor quality.

Very versatile frame. I have used them to put my Christmas card in every year and I have used them so many times for various other things. The matte framing around the art or picture makes the frame look more luxe as well. The process point is also amazing.
