Pros: – Very beautiful wood; heavy, solid and well-constructed. – Color of wood is much deeper and richer than the mfg's product listing photos. – Very impressive-looking in person. Cons: – I originally ordered the weathered grey, but it looked like manufactured resin and not like real wood, so I returned that and ordered the natural teak, which is beautiful. – The mechanical assembly of putting the bench together was dead simple, and took 5 minutes; but it took another 10 minutes to peel off all the stubborn, and completely unnecessary, piece-identification stickers, and then another 30 minutes to put in the small wooden pegs that cover the side screw holes. After trying many times to put them in and realizing they just will not fit, I had to enlarge 4 of the 6 holes with a Dremel with a small sanding drum. I have many years of experience in detailed finish carpentry so I know what I'm doing; 4 of the pegs were simply too large to fit into the holes. Aside from the assembly annoyances, it's a beautiful, excellent bench and I would highly recommend it.

I’ve put together a lot of flatpack pieces recently and this one managed to be both easy to put together and sturdy, while usually you only get one or the other. Looks very nice and is comfortable.

Unfortunately, the wood was chipped, so we had to return it. Otherwise it looked like it was fantastic quality!

My in laws purchased this and gave it to me as an early Christmas gift. It was super easy to assemble. All parts were included, and took one person 20 minutes to complete. It looks great, and I can’t wait for spring in the Midwest to move it outside!

This bench is great! Only took about 30 min to build w/ two people, it has a comfortable seat and back, love that they send extra screws in case you lose one! Also is in great quality after rain, sun, etc.
