Directions
1. Heat 3 cups water and 1 Tbsp. oil in a medium saucepan to boiling.
2. Add rice; stir to mix and return to boiling. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and allow rice to stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff and serve.
