Q: How to unlock the locks? the locks were turned but the bassinet didnt fit in. Now i need to unlock ( reset ) the locks to put the bassinet and lock them back. Please advice. Thank you

A: Thank you for your inquiry, The Close to You bedside sleeper and bassinet are designed for infants up to 20 lbs. or until infant begins to push up on hands and knees, whichever comes first. The included Changing table is designed for children up to 35 lbs.

I took this thing to every room in my house! (Only 1 floor) It was so nice to watch baby when I showered, cooked, played with my big kid or just sat on the couch. The changing table was great. I even used it for baby’s first sponge bath. It’s very safe and stable. The height was adjustable and worked over our very tall bed and then I would lower it else where in the house. We never had any issues. Out of everything I bought this was my most used and loved purchase. I had a rolling bassinet with my first child and it couldn’t compare to the joy of the over the bed bassinet. I felt so close to my baby in a safe way. I bought this for myself from target in 2021 and a friend recently asked what I recommend for a new mom which made me come back and write this review.

I expected more from this bassinet. Unfortunately, I'm not able to return it anymore but I wish it would have fit next to my bed. The legs are too large and bulky therefore did not fit under the bed. I also feel the height of the mesh/sides is not tall enough.

Buy buy buy love it super easy to change over to the changing station super convenient. Only thing I would change is the little music thingy/ the vibrating setting wish that stay on longer or we could set a timer to shut it off and on. But other than that I’ll buy it again❤️.

We were really liking this bassinet with our newborn especially for the vibration mode on the electronic module. However, after using for 3 weeks this mode is no longer working. We replaced the batteries 3 times with no luck. For a quality product, it is frustrating to have an issue so soon.

The bassinet was surprisingly easy and intuitive to setup. Parts fit together easily and seem to be solidly constructed. The bassinet features such as raising / lowering of the bed and bedrails, as well as roll and locking are simple and effective. Can’t wait to use once the baby arrives!

I wish I had this bassinet when I had my first child! Very well made and I love that it is on wheels and has a locking brake. It makes it very easy to move around and then lock in place. My last bassinet didn't have this and was basically stationary. And we love the adjustable height, it is perfect for using bedside or as a changing table.

As a first time mom who is constantly reading reviews on so many products, I can confidently say that Chicco has made my life so much easier! This bedside bassinet was so easy to use since even opening the packaging! The wheels, which allow transportation from room-to-room, make it easy to keep an eye on baby, as well as get things done! The fabric is easy to clean and has very easy removal to wash! I love absolutely everything about this product and would recommend it to anyone who is expecting a new addition to their family! It is evident that Chicco thinks everything through when designing and creating their products!

Easy to assemble. Getting out of box was simple for my husband, but if it were just me I would likely need 2 people because of size and weight to make it easier. Colors were nice, simple, plain. Everything functions as it should. Height adjustment is great. Hoping I can find linens for this that aren’t Chicco since it looks like they are out of stock. 3-in-1 is nice so we can use it longer as a changing area on first floor!

I was very excited for the many variations that this Bedside Bassinet offers. We have tried an array of bassinets with our other children; they always seemed to be lacking something. This bassinet can be rolled around from room to room which makes having baby close super easy while trying to complete other tasks. The easy use of having a changing table built in makes for less disturbance for baby while keeping baby calm and cozy. Great product that allows for easy washing and clean up. Having a new little one after getting rid of all of my old baby gear and this bassinet was a perfect choice! The set up was easy as my 10 year old was able to assist:) The fabric is easy to clean and simple to remove to wash. The bassinet rolls smoothly when transporting from location to location on both wood and carpet. The lock brake is strong and sturdy. The features for height and basket adjustments are easy to use and very functional for high beds and quick baby changes. Highly recommended!!!

From opening the packaging to maneuvering and functionality of this bassinet, Chicco has change the game. Anyone who has purchased these products in the past can clearly see that Chicco considers every part of the purchasing experience right down to how the unit comes stored in the box. Assembly of this unit is insanely simple, and the versatility of this bedside bassinet can’t be understated. My wife and I can maneuver this bassinet with ease and its quick locking function allows for added safety. Adjusting the height for the base as well as the side rails of the bassinet basket is a breeze. My wife and I would recommend this to anyone welcoming a new addition to their family.

I’m so glad we got this bassinet for our newborn. We love that the height can be adjusted based on the bed size and the wheels are genius. We are able to easily move the bassinet and not wake our daughter. The vibrating machine is great, it really soothes her at night when we are exhausted and she is fussy. We would definitely recommend this product.

This bassinet is good quality, but the legs make it impossible to push underneath your bed. This bassinet isn’t able to go over my mattress as pictured and I can’t even get it right next to my bed, there’s about a 6in gap between my bed and the bassinet making it very challenging to soothe the baby and put the baby down to sleep. Would only recommend this if you had a large gap between the floor and the bottom of your bed otherwise this bassinet will not work for you. There are other bassinets that have flat legs that go underneath the bed in order to have the bassinet over the mattress, I’d recommend those ones.

Our baby is now 3.5 months and has slept great in this bassinet all his little life! It rolls super smoothly across our hardwood floor, and the sides can be lowered for diaper changes. It’s very sturdy, feels much more balanced and durable than other bassinets I’ve seen on display in stores. Always felt safe with our baby sleeping soundly in this bassinet.

After putting together the bassinet, I realized that the adapter piece that vibrates was defected due to the light not working and the vibration not strong enough. i contacted customer service and they sent me a new one in 6 weeks (luckily my LO wasn't born yet). gas forward to 6 weeks later.... the new one is now broke again & now my LO is somewhat reliant on the vibration after setting her down it helps sooth her in the middle of the night. i am very very annoyed as this is a more expensive bassinet. Also the vibration and music stop wishin 10 minutes. i definitely wish it was longer. The bassinet itself is fine, it rolls nice, goes up and down & is easy for csection mamas like myself. Another down side is the mattress cover, after washing it you have to air dry it (instructions) then after you have to put it on you have to put things on it to flatten it out. I would definitely not recommend this bassinet to others as there are others that are better, especially at this price
