Q: can these be a meal replacement? such as breakfast?

  • A: Yes. It will suppress your hunger. I tried the 26g Vs the 42g . I’m a little heavier so the 42g worked for me better I didn’t have any cravings, same with the 26g but I’m aiming for high protein so 42g fills the gap for. Also recommend just buying the 42g you get a better bang for your buck anyway and more protein !

    Packaging change brought a flavor change.

    I just want to add to the packaging change. Ever since "elite" was removed from the vanilla 42g shakes it seems the flavor has changed as well. They are not as creamy and not as "ice cream" like as before. Someone changed something and didn't tell us. Maybe I got a few bad ones? But I doubt it.. the Elites tasted better.

    Real Athlete, Real Recovery after ACL Surgery

    Core Power was a staple after my daughters first ACL reconstruction and will be part of her second recovery. After ACL reconstruction you lose the quad muscle which hinders the ability to walk/run. My daughters consistency in taking Core Power daily helped her improve muscle loss. We'd love to share more how Core Power supported her comeback to sports.

    Thinking about trying protein shakes? I'm going to tell you why I, in my opinion, I think this is the best one to start off with. First off, no chalky taste...I know right! In the protein world that's almost unheard of. That's just one thing that I fell in love with. Another is the smooth taste. It's creamy without any weird texture or mystery lumps. If you are a fan of Fairlife milk because of it's smooth, creamy texture, you'll love this. To me the taste kind of reminds me of melted vanilla ice cream. Unlike others you may have had, this one really packs in the vanilla. It's not overly sweet either. It's just right to me. Another thing I need to add is that not only does it taste great, it's also packed with nutrition. It's 14 oz of creamy delicious vanilla flavor that's only 230 calories, 8 grams of carbs and a whopping 41 grams of protein. Yes, you read that correctly. A whopping 42 oz. I mean it's creamy, the flavor is dreamy and it's a great product to add to get some protein. You should try it.
