A: They only have to be refrigerated after opening. It can go back and forth from hot to cold as long as it’s not opened! From experience

Good if you are on high protein goals
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 stars feels appropriate because this product is above average-ish: it delivers well on its main promise (high protein, decent taste, good convenience), but some of its downsides prevent it from being great or excellent. If you’re okay investing more money, tolerating some sweetener, and want convenience, it might be good enough. But it’s not perfect, especially if you’re sensitive to cost, aftertaste, or prefer lighter shakes. I think maybe I would try the chocolate or strawberry. It’s very costly for a prepared protein shake. In a crunch on the run, it will work.
