  • A: No, it doesn’t have CHG

  • A: Dial soap of any variety has not contained triclocarban or triclosan for some time. As far as I've seen, the active ingredient in all Dial antibacterial soaps is benzalkonium chloride.

Q: Please explain why Dial says it is certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny but cruelty free" is not listed in the "at a glance" nor does this product show up in a search for "cruelty free bar soap."

submitted by Target shopper - 2 years ago
  • A: "At a glance" is a Target thing, not a Dial thing. Chances are, someone in data entry missed it. It's listed on crueltyfreekitty and the leapingbunny sites, which should be enough proof.

  • A: We have reported this and it is being corrected. All of our Dial products are cruelty free.

Q: Hello would you please tell me what the PH of this soap is? Thank you very much for your assistance

submitted by MilaV - 16 days ago
  • A: Dial Gold Bar Soap generally has a pH level in the range of 9–10, which is typical for many classic bar soaps. This higher pH contributes to its strong cleansing ability, but it may feel slightly drying for individuals with sensitive or very dry skin. Have a great day - Chantal- Advisor
