Q: I would like replacement pads for this item. Any input on how/where to get would be great! The three it comes with have been used. Unless there is a way to clean them to remove oils to reuse?

Q: Any suggestions for getting the bottom portion to come off to refill? Mine is stuck and it has only been used a handful of times.
