Q: My 11 year olds head is 52 cm. If I get the 5+ I’m afraid it will be tight but the 8+ will be too big. Is it adjustable, like the internal padding?
A: Hi there! If your child’s head measures 52 cm, we recommend the 8+ helmet, which fits head circumferences of 52–56 cm (20.5–22 in). Q: is this size good for smaller 13 year old boy?
A: Hi there! This helmet generally fits ages 8–14. However, for the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring the head circumference starting at the middle of the forehead. If the measurement falls between 52–56 cm (20.5–22 in), this helmet will be a great match.

Q: I see the hat size here--no idea what that means. My kids head circumference is 21.5", Will this medium size helmet be appropriate
