Designed by Minka Aire, the Espace is a 52" LED ceiling fan boasting a white finish motor and five matching white finish manufactured wood blades. Classy fan
Replaced an old noisy fan with this one and love it.. so quiet and blends well into our bedroom- which has a high slanted ceiling. Love the white as it blends in and is not noticeable

Wonderful ceiling fan!
This is a great quality fan, comes with a remote to control both fan and light, and is incredibly quiet. We find the built-in lamp gives plenty of light in our bedroom. My electrician said the MinkaAire Espace fans are high quality. We love it!

Love my new ceiling fan!
Love the combination fan and light! It’s an excellent fan as it moves the air extremely well. And the light part has led bulbs, so they almost never have to be changed. I also like the hand held on/off component, which can be used by your seat and/or mounted on the wall.

Love this fan!
This is a great fan. It looks great and really cools, unlike the Hunter fan it replaced. Plus the light provides more lighting! Even my electrician who installed my fan commented on how nice Minka Aire fans are. This is the fifth Minka Aire fan I have had installed this year! Love them!!!!

The Espace is a visually pleasing and great fan. The only disappointment we have encountered is the light which is not bright enough to adequately light the room to our satisfaction.

Very pretty
A truly beautiful and unique looking fan. Light is not the best but I don't use it for the light. Good for cooling room down when the temperature is very hot outside and the air conditioner does not cool the house fast enough.

Great Fan
Bought this fan mainly because of the brighter light since a lot of fans come with very dim lighting and also needed something in black and I love it!...looks great..install was fairly easy and so far no issues!

Quiet Nice Looking Fan
This fan ticked all the boxes for me - contemporary and simple with a light. Most importantly, it is QUIET. I had it professionally installed so can't give any feedback on installation but the electrician didn't seem to have anything negative to say about that. The output of the light is super and having a remote control is an added bonus with this fan.

Our four Minka Aire Espace fans look and work beautifully throughout our home. The white fans are simple, and elegant against white ceilings where they blend into our environment almost unnoticed.??
