Simple, functional & attractive
Love that these lights are “dark sky” lights! We use 15 or 25 watt bulbs(incandescent), which last a long time when not on a timer. And they can be dimmed if you want more watts.

Very happy with the look of the fixture, which replaced a bare light bulb. It appears to be craftsman-style hammered iron but is light weight aluminum (good for mounting but could bend if abused). It did not quite mount flush (I will get my contractor brother to check out but it's in a dry spot so not too worried). The only caveat: it would look best beside a door where you can admire the top of shade rather than over the door where we had to locate it and as such the view is mostly the underside. I used a tiny (A15 size) LED bulb so that the view is not just of the light bulb.
