Leaves hair greasy
After just two washes I noticed that it was leaving my hair greasy. It doesn’t feel clean at all when washing it with the shampoo. It actually makes it feel dirtier. This may be good for people with super dry and damaged hair, but not for anyone with healthy thick or wavy hair. It feels like my hair is coated in wax. Gross.

The other reviews are correct: this Honey Daily Moisture formula makes my roots look and feel greasy almost as soon the hairs dry. There's zero hope for second-day hair. I'm not even crazy about the (very strong) scent, so there's not a lot going for it.

Awful, stringy mess!
Turned my normally bouncy curls into a dry, stringy mess. Totally ruined my curl pattern and left my ends rough and frizzy. Despite being incredibly dry on wash day, the next morning my hair was a greasy, stringy disaster. Do not buy. The formula must have changed recently, because it used to leave my hair soft and bouncy. And no, my water hasn't changed and I still have virgin hair. Most of the Herbal Essences products I've tried in the past six months are terrible when they used to be good. Buyer beware.

In order to restore your hair back to it's healthy state, we recommend using a conditioning treatment or hair mask 2-3 times a week. Since your hair was feeling greasy the next day, it's a possibility that too much product was used and wasn't properly rinsed. The small I had with this formula, is i don't think it was meant for my hair type. I have curly hair and this just seemed to dry it out. I think I'll stick to a different herbal essences formula.

Second of all, I could immediately tell a difference in my hair after using it. I have thinner hair that loves to frizz everywhere, and these genuinely helped lay it down some. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first few times I really didn't dry my hair as I should (I left it wet and tied it or put it to bed with my hair without drying) on this last occasion I decided to dry it naturally and finally iron a little and I loved the result! The smell is very pleasant and the softness in my hair is different. The only thing is that I feel that it is going to get greasy before normal but from the ingredients of the formula this is understandable. I don't recommend it for oily scalps, at least not the shampoo!
