Potent Rose Smell triggers Migraine Headaches
I purchased this product not knowing the scent is too much for me. Those who have migraines, purchase at your own risk as this triggers mine and it leaves my scalp a bit dry and itchy. More than likely I have a slight skin/scalp reaction to the product.

Hello, Dimethicone is Silicone
I bought the Miracle Moisture Boost Rose Water Conditioner online since the description for this product on the Pantene website stated : "Our gentle formula uses 0% sulfated cleansers, silicones, parabens, mineral oil, and dyes." After receiving the product I noticed the ingredients included Dimethicone which is Silicone. Works great with hard water!
I moved into an apartment that unfortunately has hard water, so using regular pantene shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling dirty and heavy. I did my research and found that sulfate free products work best for hard water. Other clarifying shampoos are not within my budget.. So I tried this out and my hair feels super clean and fluffy when air dried! It also smells really good compared to the more expensive stuff. I’m happy w this product!

Love the product but the packaging is horrible. The conditioner tube is not recyclable and the set is so small I have to keep buying. Super wasteful. Not going to keep buying. Wish they would sell this in bigger sizes and make both containers recyclable.

I purchased this conditioner and matching shampoo. I hope that Pantene continues to make this great product. My hair is about 50% gray and the conditioner makes my hair soft and smooth. The frizz is noticeably reduced even after air drying. I'm so glad that I came back to this product as what I had been using was just making my hair more dry and frizzy even though it claimed to be moisturizing. My 97-year-old grandmother loves it as well!

Great for Gray!
I let my hair go natural and it's about 50% gray. I hope Pantene continues to make this shampoo and the matching conditioner. It's hydrating but also doesn't make my scalp too oily. My hair is shiny and soft after using this. It feels so gentle and helps my smooth my wavy hair. My 97 year old grandma also loves it.

Leaves my hair greasy
This shampoo smells great, but it leaves my hair so greasy after showering. I usually really like Pantene products, but this one was disappointing. You also don’t get very much product for the price. It’s nice enough to finish the bottle, but I won’t be buying it again.

My hair smells so good right now! The shampoo is my favorite, I’ve never used a shampoo that lathers that much. I feel like I just gave myself a salon type wash and massage with the lathering! The conditioner to pair with it was perfect to continue the process. The conditioner is gel like but then lathers up as well! Definitely recommend this set. I try a lot of different shampoo/conditioner products always trying to find ones that work for my damaged hair but also affordable. I’d buy this just for the very slight scent of rose let alone how good it cleaned :)
