Great for sensitivity
I have a very sensitive scalp, dry and fine hair. I used to use Pantene Pure Clean & Clarify but it got discontinued. This set is as close to that product as I could find. It cleans but it doesn’t strip, it doesn’t make me itchy, it doesn’t create flyaways.

Decent shampoo

I am prone to dry scalp and lots of hair shedding, which this does not particularly address. I’d probably stick to my usual shampoo, but decent shampoo if you don’t have that problem!

NOT Suitable for Scent-Sensitive People!!!
IF YOU’RE SENSITIVE TO SCENTS, this ain’t it. Don’t be fooled by the “less additives” marketing because it doesn’t apply to fragrances, apparently. I have another Pantene Nutrient Blends version that I love but is now discontinued, so I tried this one. I’ve only used it once but it’s been less than 12 hours and my lungs are in pain, actually aching, because this scent is SO intense and long-lasting — literally had to rewash my hair with something else because it’s so nauseating and my lungs are feeling worse by the minute. My throat is sore and my voice pitch is lower, like when you get sick. I try to use more natural shampoos because I know I’m sensitive, and even though Pantene isn’t known for being scent-free, I can handle several of their products in moderation — not this one, though! It did leave my roots soft & shiny, but ends were super dry.

Rest assured that we will be sending this information to our Health and Safety Team along with the rest of the Pantene Team. Although all of our ingredients have been evaluated for safety and efficacy when used as directed, we do realize that some users may have their own sensitivities and may respond differently to a particular ingredient or formulation. We recommend that you discontinue the use of the product and invite you to contact us for further assistance. About the dry ends, this is typically a sign that hair has not been conditioned properly. For future purchases, we suggest letting the conditioner sit for at least 5 minutes before rinsing, and be sure to use more conditioner on the ends of your hair as they do not get much of the oils from the scalp. Refreshing and gentle

I have to admit that it is quite pleasant to lather and rinse with. The scent isn't too strong and compliments the body wash I use already. A little bit actually does go a long way with this product. I have not compared prices of this to other items but an going to keep an eye out for it in the future.

Not hydrating at all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleanser worked just like any clarifying shampoo I've used in the past. The problem is that this it is marketed as a moisturizing shampoo that won't strip the hair, yet my hair felt squeaky clean after the second wash, and I always do a lather, rinse repeat. The clear color of shampoo will give away that it won't hydrate the hair. A little of this shampoo goes a long way as it lathers well on the first wash. I thought that the hyaluronic acid element would up the moisture, but that wasn't the case. The packaging is easy to use, and it isn't hard to squeeze out the bottle. It has a nice grapefruit smell. I wouldn't purchase this.

Better moisturizing conditioners on the market

When I first applied it to my hair, it threw me off because it felt like it was doing nothing, and I wasn't enjoying the application process. It has a creamy consistency, and it applies best on very wet hair. I can detangle using my brush, which is a plus. In comparison to my other conditioners, this doesn't pack the moisture like I expected from the hyaluronic acid. Once I rinsed it out it my hair did feel soft and smooth. The squeeze packaging is convenient. I wouldn't purchase because I have better rinse out conditioners that I like way more.
