    I love the conditioner but hate the pump. I usually have to just reuse another pump I have to get the conditioner out of the bottle. I twist and twist for 5-10 minutes but the spout never pops up to be able to use the pump! Please fix the packaging. It’s hard to recommend a product when the packaging makes it impossible to use unless you take the pump off and try to pour it into your hands!

    Great quality for it being a drugstore shampoo. Its soft and easy to spread around on my lengths and ends. Leaves my hair soft and silky like and really helps bring out my natural curls! It helps strengthen up a bit buy reducing split ends. It smells very sweet, and the smell lasts for about a day. Love the pump bottle that its in, makes it easy to dispense.

    would recommend- but there's issue with pump

    love this product, I use the shampoo and conditioner. my biggest issue is that the last 3 bottles ive bought, have had defects with the pump. I end up having to take the top off to get product. they should just change it to the pour spout that they use for shampoo. I tried to let them know by their website, however there's no way to contact anyone- just get redirected.

    Great for our diverse family.

    This product was one of my favorites for years. Haven’t been able to find it recently. I miss the smell and how well it works on all the different types of hair in my family.

    Love the ingredients to this product! The effectiveness was excellent as I had super damaged hair! The texture was thick and not runny which was my favorite. I love the smell of it.

    Not effective

    I like the shampoo, and the leave in conditioner from this line is a staple for me, but I did not like this conditioner. I have 3c curly hair and I feel like this product did nothing. It doesnt feel soft on my hair during application or while rinsing, and it did not detangle my hair at all. I had to go in and apply my bar conditioner after conditioning with this because my hair felt very dry.

    One of the best conditioners I’ve ever tried!

    Wonderful conditioner. Smells lovely, like honey. Makes my hair so so soft. Only downside is the pump on the packaging doesn’t work once you get to the last quarter of product. I would definitely recommend this conditioner to anyone with dry, damaged, colour treated hair.

    Stinky hair

    Everything isn’t for everybody and this was not for me. I just used the shampoo and conditioner. First the smell YUCK! Second my head felt as if it were on fire. Hurt so bad gave me a headache. I am returning the product today.

    Awesome Product!

    Nothing to dislike about this conditioner! As I got older my hair texture started changing, one day soft next day very dry and brittle. I tried all brands of conditioners and products on my hair but nothing worked or it was short lived. Until I tried this conditioner, it’s AMAZING!!! Leaves my hair soft, shiny and tangle free.     Brittle

    I quite like the scent of the conditioner. Unfortunately, as soon as I apply it I can feel my hair instantly become dehydrated and brittle. If my hair was tangle-free during shampooing, it mattes up quickly with the conditioner, and it doesnt take much effort to pull hair out while trying to finger-comb it out. My hair looks very frizzy once it dries after using the product.

    Back to soft hair

    I’m a Caucasian woman and going through menopause, so my hair has changed dramatically.
