SheaMoisture Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Conditioner

I can tell this is made well- feels like yogurt. But maybe I’m using it wrong or the ingredients are too strong because my scalp is itchy and it’s extremely heavy. I didn’t think that would be an issue with just using small amounts on my thick hair but maybe not. But it’s got clean ingredients and I’m sure it’s somebody’s holy grail.

Light feel and a fresh scent. Suitable for daily use as it leaves no build up. The conditioner smooths hair making it manageable and easy to style. The pump dispenser allows for a mess free measured dispensing. Light fresh clean scent.

This conditioner smells & feels great! Consistency is thick and moisturizing. When rinsed out conditioner did not leave a residue, but left hair feeling soft, clean, tangle free & smelling great. Great option for thick hair.

This conditioner is nice and light while hydrating my hair without leaving any residue behind. It rinses cleanly from my hair and doesn’t weigh it down at all so that my naturally wavy hair holds its wave well.

I've been using this on my daughter since she was a baby. Leaves her hair soft , tangle free , smelling good the coconut smell is not overwhelming and her hair is left shiny without a oily residue.

This is the only oil that I use on my hair. Leaves my hair soft and smelling good. The oil is very lite and does not have weigh my hair down. The container that it comes in does not allow it to leak everywhere

I actually really like this conditioner! It gets the job done and my hair always feels soft and luscious after it dries. My only critique is the fragrance is a tad strong but that’s pretty on par with most Shea Moisture products.

This product made my hair fall out in clumps! So much hair was falling out, I was scared to even wash it! I started researching and taking hair growth supplements; and was also thinking it might be something in the water. I then started venting to my sister about my hair falling out. Once I told her, she simply asked me if I was using any new hair products. And that moment was when the light bulb finally went on. Once I stopped using Shea Moisture, my hair shedding gradually went back to normal. This product went in the trash. Never again!

First off, the scent is SOO good it smells like a coconut but is also very subtle and lasts in your hair for a while. It also leaves the texture of my hair feeling so smooth and soft for days after using it. I absolutely love this stuff

I have naturally curly hair that I dye and straighten, so it gets damaged. I'm hoping this is helping, it doesn't leave my hair feeling ridiculously dry so I'm optimistic! The consistency is perfect for me, not to thick or thin. And the scent is very light, I expected it to be stronger but I'm perfectly fine with how it is. I'm using it with the shampoo and like both so far, I'll continue to use them because my hair doesn't feel as dry as it did before using them.

The conditioner smells like you're on an island so you will surely smell good as the scent lingers but isn't overpowering. The packaging is the best because it has a pump and I prefer these types due to shower space for wash day and it's easier to use than a tub or squeeze bottle.

After doing a ton of research and reading through countless reviews, I purchased a few shea moisture products the other day, this product being one of them. Hydration in the name must be a complete joke, because it did anything but hydrate my hair. It completely destroyed my hair. I reached out to a hair stylist friend and she said coconut oil does nothing to hydrate the hair and will actually leave hair dry and brittle. Stay away from this product!
