submitted bydont know - 4 years agoA: This bottle. Just an FYI, I needed to split this into two batches. I used my kitchen scale to weigh it. I don’t know why the Miralax “brand expert” is saying it’s not intended for colonoscopy prep; this is the product my gastroenterologist recommended.
submitted byElle - 1 year agoA: There are 17g of Polyethylene Glycole 3350 (osmotic laxative) in each dose. As a reminder, MiraLAX is not indicated for use in preparation for colonoscopy. We recommend following your doctor’s directions when preparing for a colonoscopy.

Q: Can a toddler use it for constipation?
A: I would not recommend it (we did, and unfortunately, there were some side effects we weren't aware of). I would do a Google search, and you can see all the studies being done on the issues that parents have seen with giving it to a toddler/child. We ended up getting Culturelle Kids Regularity and it has helped a lot.
