Looks nice but doesn't spin… never did spin… it will rotate away from the wind if string enough before it spins . It's metal art on a stick

Cute concept. For the money, it should work as described. The entire bike spins all around in the wind, so the position that you want it to face does not hold. The wheel does NOT spin in the wind at all; therefore, legs don't move as described. Very disappointed.
I would not buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the cutest thing ever, however, the spinner never spins. We live in the mountains and often have gusts of wind at 25 mph. Still the spinner never moves. Supposedly, I will be get a working replacement. We shall see.

Very cute spinner although it would have been better if the bicycle was NOT allowed to spin on the post. On a windy day, the entire bicycle spins, but not the spokes on the wheel, so you lose the whimsy of the frogs. I'm not sure how to stop the bicycle from spinning!

The wheel moves when you push it with your finger, but the wind doesn't. Too bad, the idea of the frogs on the bike is great, but the wind it would take to make it spin would have to be strong enough to blow it apart.
