While all Mohawk Home products have been tested and approved for use on Mohawk flooring, we cannot guarantee the safety of our mats, rugs or rug pad on other types of flooring. The safest thing to do would be to contact your flooring manufacturer to make sure that this product is approved for use.

Rug pads should be smaller than your area rug size by at least 1-2 inches on each side. This allows the rug to lay flat on the ground preventing a tripping hazard.
