[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These party hats were perfect for my granddaughter’s birthday party. All the kids had fun wearing them and looked so cute. The colors are pretty and bright and the party hats can be reused.

They come flat so they have to be put together. Really annoying and difficult. They also don’t stay on my kids head. Waste of money, in my opinion.
