Q: I have this toy and bought for a one year old at the time. The compact height worked then...I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it to stay in the extended position. Can you help?

A: B Play reps are useless. Multiple ppl have asked this q & the reps lead people on a goose chase. There are 2 tiny pins inside the cart above the basket push one pin in, pull the leg. Repeat.

A: I would say it’s a little short but I think that a four year old or five year old would still love this cart. My daughter loves that “cart” part comes off and can just be a basket.

A: Hi Olga. When new the shopping cart in its compact packaging it measures 16.85’’ (H). The shopping cart should be extended to its full height of 23.5" once the packaging is removed. Then it's time to shop and play! Once extended to it's full height, it locks in place and cannot be lowered again. The Battat Team

I got this shopping cart as a Christmas gift for my daughter to go along with the new play kitchen she was getting. She absolutely loves the music button and dances along with it 😂. I bought this for Christmas once we took it out the box it didn’t work. I read the tips online to see if we could figure it out and it still wasn’t working. The wheel inside is not turning and we tried replacing the batteries 2x and making sure it’s in On mode but still not working.

The balls shoot a little too fast and aren't very good at shooting into the spot where the balls go down. Making it a bit hard to keep up with, because you have to then chase the balls around. It does seem like fun and the light up feature is cool to look at. I wosh it had a continual feature where it would just keep shooting balls or at least dod so with more accuracy. So overall a 3 out of 5 stars.

This grocery cart is really cute. I like that the height is adjustable so both my two and four-year-old boys can easily play with it, and they love it. My two-year-old also likes the music. I like that the music can be turned off when I’m feeling overstimulated. The cart comes with a variety of items; however, my gripe is that the box items are thin cardboard and can easily rip. Within 15 minutes of playing with it, one of the boxed item was dented and ripped. I wish those items were made of quality material that can actually withstand kids playing with them.
