I've been taking this supplement for about 2 years. I started hoping it would help my hormonal, cystic acne and it has! It's been a huge relief to see clear skin and not feel those giant, pulsing bumps under the skin along my chin and jaw-line. Thank you for this product!

This stuff is a God send for people with periods. I order it as my free prow not even knowing what it was. I didn't really expect much. It arrived a day before my cycle and I thoue I wouldnt see any improvement until after atleast a month. LET ME TELL YOU... MY CYCLE WAS SHORTENED BUT A DAY AND A HALF! MY CRAMPS, MOOD SWINGS AND BACK PAIN WERE VIRTUALLY NONE! I WILL NEVER STOP TAKING THESE!!!!

This was recommended to me (48 yrs old) by my female doctor because I was having severe menstrual cramps along with headaches each month. I found them in Walmart but they were only 1000 mg. With a little internet searching I found these in a 1300 mg pill on Amazon. I relunctantly tried them and have seen about an 80% - 85% improvement! I also take a dry-eye oil supplement and when I first added this to my current medications, my face started to break out. So I experimented by taking half the dose (one capsule of each instead of two capsules of each) and it's working great! I have been on this combination for almost two years and it has relieved my cramps and headaches so that I rarely think about (or complain) that problem anymore. I would recommend this product to any woman with menstrual issues! At least give it a try and see what it can do for you. The capsules are relatively inexpensive and even though they are of giant size, I can actually swallow them easily. They are a soft gel of high quality and do not have an odor at all. Best of all - Made in the USA. Thank you Sports Research!
