Q: I see that the width and depth is 17", but the lid is 12". The description does not mention that the tote organizer tapers at the top. Can you confirm if only the lid is 12"?

Q: like another reviewer, i am concerned about if the dark brown will bleed onto my carpet if say someone spills a beverage on it. this is why i want a tray.

A: Sounds like a good idea! Unfortunately, BCP sells this item as standalone storage tote baskets only. Supplement trays or accessories not included, must be purchased separately.

Q: i see that the top is supposed to be 12 inch diameter. is the metal ring under the top also 12 inch diameter? i want to buy trays for the two i bought & am not sure which side of the top i will use.

Q: Does the basket have an odor? I'm looking at the transparent white color. One review mentioned an intolerable odor, but no other reviews said anything at all about any type of odor. Thank you.

A: Hyacinth is organic, granted it's manufactured in large quantity at the factory, some hyacinth strands are more or less pungent. Airing outdoor for few hours should all eliminate odor.

Buyer keep an eye on target pricing. I've been watching/waiting for this basket to go in sale for over month it has always been $100 in store and online. Now all of the sudden, the regular price went up to $109 when it's listed on sale. Seems like shaddy practices to me.

At first purchased this woven tote basket for laundry. It being a little smaller than expected, using it to hold blanket throws. It looks very nice at the end of our hallway. I love the woven hyacinth in off white. It arrived slightly off center; however it looks natural so that doesn’t bother me (not symmetrical). Received compliments on this tote right away!

Ordered this basket off the target app thinking it was sold by target only to find out when it was arrived damaged (mildew) that it’s not from target and they won’t do anything to fix the issue. I live 45 min from a target so now I’m having to waste more money to drive to a target to return. Target is starting to become a joke.
