Poor quality, stopped working.
Starting randomly turning off after 1.5 years of use. When it worked, it was easy to use and my hair looked great. However recently it started cycling into different heat settings and now is turning off. Reading the other review on here, I’m worried it’s a fire hazard and am going to get rid of it. The soft ends of the bristles have worn off significantly after using 2-3 times per week for a year and a half. Disappointed because this could be a great product, but it just isn’t made to last.

I have had this brush for about six months and it just caught fire, creating sparks and filling my apartment with smoke. Luckily, I was able to unplug it before getting burned… I am shocked that it is still on the market given that it is a major fire risk, I am just grateful I didn’t get hurt. Very upsetting :(

it dries pretty fast on damp hair, but for girlies with thick or semi thick straight hair, it honestly doesn’t do much that a hair dryer can’t do. the “volume” it gives is not worth 40 dollars.

Not like the original
I was so excited that this model was an improvement on the older model. My old one had been used so hard, the bristles were bent and falling out. The plus model is lighter, but not as powerful. It doesn’t get as hot, which means it doesn’t set the style in my hair well. It ends up being bent near the roots, especially underneath. It’s fluffy, but not in a smooth, voluminous way.
