Q: Is the white fabric thick enough to not show a navy blue floral comforter insert? And what is the fabric content?

A: That is correct. The fabric is thick enough to hide any colour comforter insert underneath, as it is made of long fibres that are 100% Egyptian cotton, producing the 300 thread count cover as advertised. Thank you for your interest !
