A: These shades will operate in the way that you want as long as you order them in the exact size as your window. We will take 1/4 inch off the width to make sure they raise and lower inside the frame. The top will go all the way down but still have a foot or so of blind coverage at the bottom.

A: You need to order the size of your window- 45 1/4 x 69 1/2. Since that size is not available you need to order the next size up and then send us a note to trim it to your window size at customercare@linenavenue.com. We will customize it for no charge.

A: You should order the size of your window or else it will be too narrow and you will need to return it. We take a deduction to ensure it will fit inside your window frame. You should order the 29 inch wide.

A: Yes, we can trim the shade for you. Please email your order information to CustomerCare@linenavenue.com and size needed to get the customization you need. It is good to have a couple more inches in the height for lowering and raising but 18 inches is a but 18 inches is a bit much.

Be sure to measure each window individually, the smallest difference in size could prevent the shade from fitting inside the frame. We will trim 1/4 inch off to ensure an inside mount for your window frame. That will work just fine.

A: Hello, We would recommend ordering our 32 1/2"W option. We take a 1/4" deduction for you to ensure mobility within the window frame. A 32" cellular shade on 32 1/2" window may be to small.
