The customer service was very easy and helpful and sent out a new set. Unfortunately the next set came with parts missing. Between the two it was fixable however a pain and delay in being able to use this set.

Just bought this outdoor furniture after reading and searching for the perfect set on pretty much every relevant site that sells sets. I LOVE this set, the color is a perfect gray, EASY assembly, came in 2 big boxes, this set looks deceiving with the plastic ropes but its Really comfortable!! The set itself is lower to the ground about 14 inches but other than that happy with my purchase!

I really like this set. It’s well-made and we use it a lot. However, I just noticed some rust starting which doesn’t please me at all - hence 4 stars. Additionally, the couch is too deep and does need a cushion so you don’t sit awkwardly. We still love the set, and we are excited to have it.

After opening the full box and setting everything up, we found the leg on the last chair was defective. BCP made it right and were very willing to do the right thing. Every person I spoke to about this issue was professional and kind. The issue was resolved to our liking in a timely manner. It is a gorgeous set.

I love this set so much. It’s surprisingly comfortable and so perfect by our pool. I love that you can sit on them all wet and I don’t have to worry about faded fabric or soggy cushions. It’s the perfect addition to our backyard.
