not really a gentle face wash
Used this for while a month. I noticed I would get dry patches on my face. I realized this product contains salylic acid. Probably doesn't contain alot but I wouldn't call it gentle face wash if it has that in it.

Great Cleanser!
I absolutely love this cleanser. My face always feels refreshed, clean, and balanced. Basically exactly what it says it will do. It has a light natural fragrance, lathers well, and washes off easily. I have combo/oily skin. My skin never feels tight or stripped, which is always a plus in a cleanser. I love that aloe and hyaluronic acid are two main ingredients in the formula. Fully recommend!

Beware of skin irritation
I don’t have sensitive skin but this irritated my skin so bad. After using it my whole face especially my chests would turn extremely red.

Do Not Use!!
I do not have very sensitive skin - I can usually bounce around between skin care without any issues. I wanted to try this face wash, I generally lean towards more simple ingredients and "natural" products. After a week of using this, my face started to break out! I continued to use the face wash, not having connected the dots yet that it could be causing it. After week two, I started having painful acne! Which I have not had, really like ever except maybe when I was a teen. I stopped using the face wash, and to try to balance out I am just using a non-scented plain bar of soap. After a week of not using the face wash, the acne has already started to go away. Very quickly. I do not trust this face wash or brand. Please steer clear.

Disappointed in this face wash
I had high hopes for this product, especially with the pretty good reviews. I agree with another reviewer who mentioned it doesn't remove make-up well. I also don't feel like it has improved blemishes/acne. I have pretty average skin, no major issues. But this just didn't deliver, especially for the price.

Not drying, cleans well
Not drying yet cleans well. This replaced my Byoma jelly cleanser that was a bit drying. This Thayer's PH cleaner is very gentle yet effective. My face feels balanced and looks great. My son and husband started using my Thayer's face wash and they love it too

I’m very prone to fungal acne and weird rashes on my skin so I knew I had to fix my skin barrier and find a cleanser that’ll do more/ backed by science lol to do just that!! After a ton of research I came across the Thayers pH cleanser and wow!! Idk if it’s the aloe Vera but my skin has visibly improved after just about 2 weeks of usage!! Not exactly where I want to be just yet but I’m sure before I finish my first bottle I’ll get there or be very close

My skin has gotten more sensitive in my 30's and in the winter soaps make my skin dry, which did not happen in the past. But I decided to try this formula and it works great in the winter and in the warmer months. I love that it doesn't pull on my skin after I wash my face. This with the mushroom toner feels so nice. Also, I don't need to use much. A small amount goes a long way.

gentle & doesn't strip my skin
my skin is hyper reactive, sensitive & oily. i usually don't like most facial cleansers bc the sulfates in them are too strong, they strip the skin leaving it tight & dry, etc. this is super gentle & the ingredients are good. doesn't leave my skin feeling tight & stripped after use. little goes a long way. it is not a makeup remover, it is a skin cleanser.

Seems to do a good jobs b cleansing my face, better than other cleansers. But does not remove makeup very well, especially the waterproof mascara. I wish it was a bit thicker, because it’s so watery it will run off my hands before I can get it to foam up enough. Overall a good product.
