A: Great question! This facial cleanser is intended to be used on the face, but you should avoid contact with your eyes. If you're able to use it on your eye lids without getting it in your eyes, that should be fine, but if contact occurs, rinse them thoroughly with warm water.

A: Wet skin with lukewarm water. Massage 1-2 pumps into skin in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry without rubbing.

I switched from the foaming cleanser Aveeno has to this and I don't think it's as effective at cleaning my face like the foaming cleanser. My face is breaking out with little whiteheads and it's very frustrating. Would not recommend.

Keeps my face clean and moisturized…..before using this product I would have dry eczema patches on my face. I have not had any issues with dryness since using this product and it’s been 2 months. Will continue to purchase I love it. If wearing makeup I use a melting butter first then cleanse with this product and has great results.

okay some back story, about a year ago i got bad acne out of the blue. before that i had clear skin besides the occasional small breakout. but then i suddenly got it real bad all over my face, especially on my cheeks and chin. so i changed up my skincare and started using an acne cleanser. however after about 6 months my skin started to look dull and felt awful, deprived of all moister. i switched to this product and oh my gosh, my skin feels amazing and looks amazing. i see a noticeable difference, its glowing and i haven’t gotten a bad breakout since using it. it’s gentle and has a jelly consistency. it smells a bit like oats but its not strong and i like it. overall, highly highly recommend if you’re looking for a gentle and moisturizing cleanser.

I have very dry skin and I decided to try this gentle cleanser but soon after I cleansed my skin with it my face started itching and burning and my face did turn a little red in some areas. I might be allergic to the ingredients or something so I will be returning this. I decided to try it again the next day to see how my skin reacted to it but again it started itching and now my face is sensitive to touch. Be cautious with this cleanser.

I first use an oil cleanser (Korean brand) and then follow up with this. Nothing spectacular about it except it's a good value. Vani cream face wash is just as good or slightly better. Great for sensitive skin. Make sure to moisturize after using if you have dry or sensitive skin.

The packaging change doesn’t really bother me but I feel like there’s been more changes. For starters it cost more, but the real issue is it feels so water downed. It doesn’t even lather anymore. My face doesn’t feel any cleaner after use which sucks because this is really good at not causing any reactions on my skin. It kind of just dissolves away immediately after applying. Idk I might return and start looking to other brands.

I have really oily skin & you’re not suppose to use a foaming cleanser which I always have, I switched to this & I really like it. Of course if you are wearing make up or sunscreen you should oil cleanse before using this product since it’s non foaming. Doesn’t strip my face or leave me dry 10/10

The advertising is false as shown in the picture, this product does produce suds when you rub it in a circular motion. I appreciate that this is a fragrance free product but it does not make my skin feel clean and it doesn't make my skin feel " nourished."

My skin became so sensitive when I got pregnant. I was using my normal skin care routine and my skin was not happy, I thought I developed peri-oral dermatitis but never confirmed it. After some research, I switched to this cleanser and within the week I could tell my skin was so much happier. Redness, dryness, texture, all went away. If I wear make up, I choose to remove as much as I can prior to using cleanser. It’s not meant to remove make up. I was surprised it doesn’t suds up but as long as my skin is happy, I don’t need bubbles! There is no scent. Gel cleanser. Paired it with the same moisturizer. Packaging feels like average plastic pump, nothing crazy.

So I’ve bought two so far because it is a nice face wash, however on both bottles the pumps are useless. I have to unscrew and pour the cleanser into my hand. Why bother with a pump if you can’t make one that works? I will probably put the rest into another bottle, with a pump that actually WORKS. 2 stars because faulty packaging almost made me return it immediately. Not sure if I’ll repurchase. Seriously, fix the pump Aveeno.
