Q: Does this product have a newborn insert? Or a weight minimum? Ages says 0-5 months but I’m concerned as my baby is 3 weeks old.

Q: What’s the difference between this bouncer and the Baby Delight Highland?
A: Difference between Alpine bouncer and Highland bouncer - Frames (Alpine is aluminum and Highland is Steel), Alpine Bouncers comes with a travel/storage bag. The Highland is a tool free assembly while the Alpine is not.

Q: The directions sayin step 5 to attach the two black elastic loops on bottom of fabric cover to the chrome steel frame, however I am not seeing any black elastic loops. Can you advise?
